There is no school on Monday, January 21st in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday.
 
Payments for Youth Day were due today, January 18. However, if this deadline slipped away from you, you may pay by Tuesday, January 22. All payments must be made by the end of the day on Tuesday so we can book the bus. Any students who have not paid will lose their $25 deposit and will not be able to attend Youth Day.
 
AP Invoices were passed out to all AP Students today. Please submit the form along with initial payment on Friday, February 1st to Mrs. Sosa. The final payment is due on Friday, March 1st. Contact Ms. Sallo if you have any questions.
 
Attention all Track and Field Athletes: There will be a Track Clinic at Mission this Sunday from 10am to 12 noon. Guest Coaches will be going over all events in detail. Please contact Coach Ivan if you have any questions. See you Sunday.
 
Stuff The Truck! Got Junk? Need a way to get rid of some unwanted items? You can donate your unwanted items to the Goodwill Drive in honor of the Senior Class of San Gabriel Mission High School! Drop offs at San Gabriel Mission High School are appreciated for Pre-collections from now until collection day. On Sunday, January 27, 2013, the truck will be here from 8am to 3pm. We need to stuff a 25 foot truck from top to bottom. For a complete list of acceptable items, please go to our website and click on the link!
 
Come support our Mission Basketball team as they play next Tuesday at Holy Family.
 
Parents are you aware that it is flu season? If your daughter is out sick 3 days they will need a doctor’s note to return to school. If your daughter is sick Ms. Ceballos will be sending them home, so please do not send them to school sick. Call the school or email Ms. Ceballos by 9:30 am to inform her if they will not be attending school on that day.
 
Parents please join us in kicking off Catholic Schools Week with Sunday mass on January 27th in the Chapel of the Annunciation. You are also welcome to our School Liturgy on Wednesday, January 30th in the auditorium. Please stay after liturgy to have lunch with your daughter. RSVP with Ms. Olmos as ext. 101.
 
Your daughters have been reading Tattoos on the Heart by Father Greg Boyle. In celebration of Catholic Schools Week, Fr. Greg will be speaking on Thursday, January 29th in the auditorium. Please join us for this event.
