Please join us at this year’s Christmas Boutique on Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm. Come do your Christmas shopping with our many vendors. Thank you to all families who turned in their Raffle tickets and money. This year we collected fewer tickets by the due date. Instead of the car, the Grand Prize will be the $10,000 cash prize. The Raffle drawing is on Sunday at 5pm. We look forward to seeing our families and once again thank you for your support.
 
Next week statements will go out regarding any balances owed to the Business Office. All students will receive a notice to take home. Accounts must be current by December 12th. Any questions please contact Mrs. Sosa at ext 107.
 
Seniors this is a reminder that your Research Paper Deadline has been moved to Monday, Dec. 10th.
Progress Report #4 is today. Check your student’s progress on Aeries. Finals will begin in 2 weeks.
 
Please remember that if a student is absent during finals she will receive an incomplete on her semester report card and transcripts.
 
Mr. Landinguin will be at Mission on Sunday after 11:00 am to help parents with Yearbook pages. The last day to turn in senior yearbook ads is Dec. 14th.
 
Parents this is a reminder that if a student is absent, you must call in that day and when she returns she must have a note. She will not be permitted back into the classroom without the proper paperwork. If a student is leaving early they must send a note as well.
 
Freshmen and Sophomores, your first 15 Service Learning hours and reflection are due on Tuesday, Dec. 4th. This is 20% of your religion grade. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Aneja. Two copies of everything must be turned in--originals to Mrs. Aneja and copies to your religion teacher.
 
You can begin dropping off your Goodwill donation items as early as Tuesday, December 4th. Just bring them to Ms. Olmos’ office and fill in the sign-in sheet. Thank you for supporting this senior fundraiser and sharing your “extras” with those less fortunate.
 
Sports fees are due on Monday, Dec. 3rd and payable to the Business Office. Athletic handbook forms need to be completed and returned to Mrs. Overley by Monday as well. If the fees and forms are not received, your daughters will not participate in practice or games until the fees and paperwork are in.
 
Come and support the annual Booster Club /GAA Tamale Dinner on Friday, Dec. 7th. Tickets are on sale now for $6.00 each and can be purchased from any GAA member. All Tamale Dinner money is due to Mrs. Sosa no later than Thursday, Dec 6th.
 
Support adopt-a-family through your religionclass. Seniors must bring in 3 bars of soap. Juniors must bring 3 toothbrushes or toothpaste tubes. Sophomores must bring two rolls of paper towels. Freshmen must bring 4-6 rolls of toilet paper. These are due Monday in your religion class.
 
Youth day registration and deposit are due Tuesday, Dec. 4. It will be a great time of faith and fun. Encourage your daughter to attend.
 
Varsity Basketball Parents: There has been a change to our schedule for next week. Please take a look at the athletic calendar on the website for the updated information.
 
Please support the Bosco Tech Gourmet Food Trucks as they raise funds and gather toys for children this Christmas on Tuesday December 4, 2012, 5-9 p.m. at Bosco Tech. Bring an unwrapped toy and get a free snack at the food truck of your choice. All toys will be donated to the Toys for Tots Foundation and 10% of food sale proceeds will go to the Central City Community Outreach and No Kid Hungry.
