Good Evening Mission Families,
This is Mrs. Overley with your weekly announcements.
To all Mission Parents and Students. San Gabriel Mission High School will be hosted their Open house on Sunday, November 4th from 2:00 -4:00. If you know of any families that would be interested in having their daughters attend Mission in the fall, ask them to stop by the school on Sunday and participate in the open house. All are welcome.
Juniors and Seniors, your first 15 Christian Service hours are due on Monday, November 26, 2012. This is 20% of your religion grade. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Aneja.
Freshmen and sophomores, your first 15 Service Learning hours are due on Tuesday, Dec. 4th. This is 20% of your religion grade. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Aneja."
Homecoming 2012 will be held at Santa Anita Race Track on Friday, November 16, 2012. Any student that did not bring in their first bid of $55.00 to school today, will need to bring the money in to Mrs. Sosa on Monday, November 5th. The second bid of $55.00 and guest pass information must be turned in to the business office by Friday, November 9th. All homecoming contracts must accompany the payment. Dress and shoe check will be on Monday and Wednesday at lunch and after school and Friday after school. Dresses and shoes will not be checked if have not paid for your homecoming bid.
CEF
Attention All Freshmen, Sophomore, and Junior parents. The CEF applications are now available on our website. Your forms along with proof of income are due to the Business Office by January 11th.
Every family that would like to apply for tuition assistance for next year must go through this process. If you have two daughters you must fill out an application for each one. Each student will receive an application to take home on Tuesday, however if you would like to download the application you can find it on our website.
Once again…The procedure for applying for any financial aid begins with the CEF application; this will be required of each family.

Flea Market
Come join us on November 11th – Veterans Day for our first Flea Market of the year. Flea Mkt hours are from 8 am to 3 pm.
If you would like to be a vendor please contact Ms. Olmos at ext 101. The price for a 10x10 space is $40.
