SGMHS bids a fond farewell to the 2011-2012 ASB officers: President-Ms. Michelle Nguyen, Vice President-Ms. Kelsey Rogoff, Secretary-Ms. Jennifer Guzman, and Treasurer-Ms. Jocelin Acero. These four leaders worked tirelessly to make Mission's 2011-2012 academic year exceptional.
At the Candle Rose ceremony, the outgoing officers spoke about their experiences working together, and thanked the school's adminstration, faculty, and staff for their direction and support. Next, they offered some advice to the new ASB board and wished them well on all of their endeavors.
Following the addresses, the new ASB officers received a lighted candle signifying the God's presence in their new role. In exchange, the outgoing officers received a single pink rose in appreciation for all their hardwork, friendship, and dedication to the SGMHS community.
