Parents, please be reminded that the Raffle Ticket monies are due in full on Thursday December 1st. Please note that if the raffle money is not turned in your daughters may not be able to take her final exams. This is also true if you have a delinquency on your tuition account. Please contact Mrs. Sosa if you have any questions or concerns.
Attention Freshmen, Sophomore, and Junior Parents. The Catholic Education Foundation forms are now available on our school website. These applications are for tuition assistance for the next school year. Please keep in mind that you must apply every year. We encourage all families to apply for this assistance. The process is simple, download the form, fill it out completely, attach proof of income and drop off your form to Mrs. Sosa by January 23rd. If you have any questions please feel free to call the Business office at ext 107.
Attention Seniors, Juniors, and Sophomores: Your 15 hours of Christian Service is due November 28. Please use this holiday to finish your Christian Service hours at an appropriate and worthwhile organization (consult the handbook for a list of appropriate services) and please make a copy of your forms before submitting them. Thank you!
Also due in Religion Class for our Seniors, Juniors, and Sophomores on November 28 and 29 is your Christian Service Oral Presentations. Please know your Christian Service Hours are a graduation requirement and if you do not complete them you will receive an incomplete in Religion Class until this is properly taken care of.
Our annual Christmas Boutique is Saturday, December 3 & Sunday, December 4, 2011. Please keep in mind you can receive “Parent Contract Hours” for any donations you can make for this event or fulfill an event by being a seller. All donations or volunteer requests must be turned in to Ms. Olmos in room 123 no later than Monday, November 28th. We would like to thank you in advance for your continued support. Please ask your daughter for the green flyer that was sent home Wednesday or check it out on our website, and please be sure to include any receipts for proper credit.
Please note that there will be no school next week, and the school will be closed for the duration.
At this time I would like to wish you all a blessed Thanksgiving, and know how grateful I am to you for the blessings I have received as principal of your wonderful daughters.
