Good Evening Mission Families, this is Ms. Cagigas with your weekly reminders:
Monday, October 31st is Halloween. Please read the Halloween guidelines that were sent home two weeks ago; these can also be found on the school’s website. If your daughter’s costume is in question she will be asked to change.
Also this Monday, we will have homecoming dress and shoe checks during lunch. Please make sure you send your daughter with all items needed for this check as well as her guest’s pass which is also due on Monday. Final payment for homecoming is due on Wednesday, November 2.
Additionally, Monday afterschool is tryouts for our Soccer team while Tuesday we will hold tryouts for our Basketball team – good luck lady pioneers!
October tuition payments are due by Monday, October 31st. Accounts that are delinquent will be charged a $25 late fee. No student will be allowed to attend Homecoming if financial obligations have not been met. If your daughter has already paid for her tickets she can see Mrs. Sosa for refund options. Monday is also the deadline for the Fundraiser Buyout and Parent Contract Combo Buyouts; all payments can be made in the Business office.
Tuesday, November 1st is All Saints Day and is a holy day of obligation. This is a formal uniform day. Please join us for 9am Liturgy in the Chapel of the Annunciation with our elementary school.
Wednesday, November 2nd is a special schedule. The first bell will ring at 8:55am with advisement beginning at 9am; we will have a 3pm dismissal.
Father/daughter dinner-dance, Lights, Camera, Daddy, is next Saturday, November 5 at the San Gabriel Hilton. Tickets are on sale in the business office; please purchase yours while space is still available. Donations are needed for this event; please ask your daughter for the donation letter.
Open House is next Sunday, November 6, 2pm-4pm. This is a great opportunity for you to invite, encourage, or remind prospective students and their families to find out more about Mission.
Senior parents and all others who love our seniors: year book ads are on sale for one more month. Sample ads and the senior ad forms can be found on the graphic design page on our school’s website.
