The IA criteria can be found in the IB Biology Guide posted on google classroom. It is on pages 148 and on. Page 164 includes the rubric in which you will be graded on. I posted a IA summary rubric/checklist on the google classroom for your own information. 
 
As for the IA samples found on google classroom the Light Intensity IA received high marks while all the others received half the marks or less.
