SMART Orientation Team

Support Motivation Advice Respect Trust SMART Mission Statement All SMART Team members (both adult and student teams) are supporting, motivating, giving advice, respecting, and trusting YOU! We are a collaborative team that works on all aspects of the program (orientation, academic, social, meetings, and fundraising). There is no I in team and therefore we all work together and “SMART” each other out! SMART leaders (consists of Juniors and Seniors) are in charge of: 1. Orientation for the freshmen class (they come a few days before school starts for training) 2. Academic check ins with the freshmen throughout the year during advisement period 3. Social gatherings (movie nights, ice cream, field trips, etc.) with the freshmen throughout the year.
