Parent hour opportunities
We are in need of donations for the following items, donations need to be brought in by May, 30th .
- Bottled water
- 3 Cakes- Full sheet with “Congratulations Class of ‘17” (White frosting/green lettering)
- Fresh fruit- cut up
- Crackers
- Cheese cut up in small cubes
- Small plates
- napkins
- Forks
- Green Plastic table cloths
Volunteers to work on Wednesday, May 31st. (12:30 pm - approx. 5:30 pm)
- Setting up tables for reception
- Working food stations
- Clean up
