FINE ARTS

The Fine Arts Department gives students an opportunity to get hands-on education in every fine arts course. From Drawing and Painting to Drama, Media, Visual Arts, Film and Studio Art, students broaden the skills and gain experience that will better prepare them for a career in the arts or an advanced art degree. Many Mission graduates that have participated in the fine arts program have gone on to pursue degrees in graphic design, cartooning, communications, film production, and fashion design. Mission provides students that are interested in the arts diverse opportunities to participate as well as develop their skills.

PERFORMING ARTS

San Gabriel Mission High School's Performing Arts program offers students opportunities to develop their talents through Dance Classes, Choir, and live performances. Students build confidence, creativity, and teamwork while showcasing their skills in the annual Winter Showcase and Spring Sing productions.
